Private Yellowstone Wildlife Experience

2-Day Private Adventure

$2,250 per private experience

Your experience includes:

✓ Basic equipment instruction
✓ Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages
✓ Keepsake items from your adventure

Your experience is all-inclusive, and there is no expectation or requirement to tip.

Reservations & Deposit

A signed tour agreement and a 50% deposit are required to reserve your tour dates.

Your reservation is not confirmed until both have been received.
(the second payment will be due 15 Days before your tour starting tour date)

What Happens After You Submit

After receiving your request, I will:

  1. Review your preferred dates and availability

  2. Confirm whether your requested experience is available

  3. Discuss any special interests or requests

  4. Help finalize the details of your Yellowstone adventure
    (I will send you a form to select meals and pick-up times for your adventure
    as well as a link for payment)

Once confirmed, you will receive all information needed to prepare for your experience.

Cancellation Policy

Roaming Wild With Daniel

My goal is to provide every guest with an exceptional Yellowstone experience while also protecting the time and preparation that goes into each private tour.

Guest Cancellations

More than 30 days before your tour

  • Receive a full refund of all payments made, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

15–30 days before your tour

  • Deposit will be forfeited but any additional payments will be refunded, minus any non-refundable processing fees.

Less than 15 days before your tour

  • No refund will be issued.

Because tour dates are reserved exclusively for your private experience, last-minute cancellations are difficult to rebook.

Rescheduling

If your plans change, I will make every reasonable effort to reschedule your tour based on availability.

Rescheduled tours must be completed within 12 months of the original tour date.

Weather & Park Conditions

Yellowstone is a wild place, and changing weather is part of the experience.

Tours will generally operate in rain, snow, and other typical weather conditions.

If severe weather, road closures, wildfires, or other conditions make travel unsafe or prevent the tour from operating, you may choose to:

  • Reschedule your tour to a mutually available date, or

  • Receive a full refund.

Wildlife Sightings

Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed.

Animals roam freely throughout Yellowstone, and every day is unique. While every effort will be made to provide the best possible wildlife viewing experience, refunds or discounts will not be provided based on the number or type of animals observed.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup time.

Delays caused by being late may reduce tour time and are not eligible for refunds or extensions.

Guide Cancellation

If I must cancel your tour due to illness, family emergency, vehicle issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive the choice of:

  • A full refund, or

  • Rescheduling your tour to another available date.
