Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk

By participating in a Roaming Wild with Daniel private wildlife experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that visiting Yellowstone National Park and surrounding public lands involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Wildlife encounters

• Uneven terrain

• Changing weather conditions

• Vehicle travel

• Slips, trips, and falls

• Exposure to natural hazards

• Remote locations with limited emergency services

I voluntarily accept these risks.

Wildlife

I understand that Yellowstone is home to wild animals, including bears, wolves, bison, elk, moose, and other potentially dangerous wildlife.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by my guide regarding wildlife safety and viewing distances.

Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

• Follow all guide instructions.

• Stay with the guide unless instructed otherwise.

• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

• Inform the guide of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect my participation.

Photography Equipment

I understand that camera and optical equipment is provided as a courtesy.

I agree to use all equipment responsibly and understand that I may be responsible for damage resulting from reckless or negligent use.

Medical Care

I authorize emergency medical treatment if I am unable to provide consent.

I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Roaming Wild with Daniel, its owner, employees, contractors, and representatives from liability for injuries, losses, damages, or claims arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
